Ang ku kueh

Ang ku kueh, also known as red tortoise cake, is a small round or oval-shaped sweet Chinese dumpling with soft, sticky glutinous rice flour skin wrapped around a sweet central filling. As suggested by the name, a red tortoise cake is molded to resemble a tortoise and is red in color.
