Rhea (mythology)

In Greek mythology, Rhea, Rhia or Rheia (; Ancient Greek: Ῥέα [r̥é.aː] or Ῥεία [r̥ěː.aː]) was one of the Titans, the children of Uranus (Sky) and Gaia (Earth). She was the sister and wife of Cronus, and by him was the mother of Hestia, Demeter, Hera, Hades, Poseidon, and Zeus.
