Roarie Milton Ryan Deacon (born 12 October 1991) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Essex Olympian Football League Premier Division club Harold Hill, and also serves as the club's assistant manager. Deacon started his career at Premier League club Arsenal in 2009, and signed professional terms ahead of the 2010–11 season.
