Romania–Transnistria relations

Romania–Transnistria relations refer to the limited bilateral relations between Romania and the self-proclaimed Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, more commonly referred to as Transnistria. In line with the consensus of the international community, Romania does not recognize Transnistria as a sovereign state, instead affirming its status as an integral part of the Republic of Moldova.
