SADI-S (Single Anastomosis Duodeno–Ileal bypass with Sleeve gastrectomy) is a bariatric surgical technique to address metabolic disorders and to lose weight. It was devised and developed by Andrés Sánchez Pernaute, a Spanish surgeon working in Hospital Clínico San Carlos, in Madrid, and currently professor of the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain.
