The Scottish State Coach is an enclosed, four-horse-drawn carriage used by the British royal family. This state coach was built by Adams & Hooper in 1830 for Prince Adolphus, Duke of Cambridge to attend the coronation of William IV, and it was used for many years by the duke's family until it was sold to William Keppel, 7th Earl of Albemarle, who converted it into a semi-State landau.
