Shirley Raines (non-profit founder)

Shirley Raines (December 29, 1967 – January 27, 2026) was an American community activist. She was the founder of the non-profit Beauty 2 the Streetz, which provides hair and makeup services, food, clothing, hygiene and safety items to thousands of homeless people in Skid Row, Los Angeles.
