Siomay (also somai) (Chinese: 燒賣; pinyin: shāo mài; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: sio-māi) is a Chinese-Indonesian steamed fish dumpling with vegetables served in peanut sauce. It is derived from the Chinese shumai.
