Slátur (Icelandic pronunciation: [ˈstlauːtʏr̥], "slaughter") is an Icelandic food made from the innards of sheep. There are two types of slátur; blóðmör (Icelandic) or "blood pudding" and lifrarpylsa ("liver sausage").
