Southeast European Cooperative Initiative
The Southeast European Cooperative Initiative (SECI) is a multilateral organization initiated by the United States and the European Union as a response to the Dayton Agreement. It was established in December 1996 in Geneva on the basis of the Final Points of Common EU-USA Understanding, within the framework of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
