Soyombo script

The Soyombo script (Mongolian: Соёмбо бичиг, ᠰᠣᠶᠤᠩᠪᠤ ᠪᠢᠴᠢᠭ 𑪁𑩖𑩻𑩖𑪌𑩰𑩖 𑩰𑩑𑩢𑩑𑪊‎, romanized: Soyombo bichig, lit. 'self-created holy letters') is an abugida invented by the Mongolian Buddhist monk Zanabazar in 1686 to write Mongolian. It can also be used to write Tibetan and Sanskrit.
