Statocyst

The statocyst is a balance sensory receptor present in some aquatic invertebrates, including bivalves, cnidarians, ctenophores, echinoderms, cephalopods, crustaceans, Proseriata and Catenulida (both are taxonomic groups of flatworms), and gastropods. A similar structure is also found in Xenoturbella.
