Stracciatella (ice cream)
Stracciatella (Italian: [strattʃaˈtɛlla]) is a variety of gelato with fine strands of drizzled chocolate stirred through it. It was originally created in Bergamo, northern Italy, at the Ristorante La Marianna in 1961.
