Telegramgate, also known as Chatgate, RickyLeaks and Verano del '19 (transl. Summer of '19), was a political scandal involving Ricardo Rosselló, Governor of Puerto Rico. The scandal unfolded on July 8, 2019, with the leak of hundreds of pages of a group chat between Rosselló and members of his cabinet on the messaging application Telegram.
