The Outlets at Orange (former names The Block at Orange and The City Shopping Center) is an open-air outlet mall in the city of Orange, California, in northern Orange County developed by Mills Corporation and now co-owned by Simon Property Group (50% interest). The remaining 50% is owned by KanAm, which also helped develop and fund the mall.
