Topostratigraphy

Topostratigraphy (Swedish: topostratigrafi) is a method of establishing stratigraphical units based on a mix of biostratigraphy and lithostratigraphy. It is used locally in the Baltic region to study the Ordovician-aged sedimentary rock.
