Tropical Storm Pakhar (2017)

Severe Tropical Storm Pakhar, known in the Philippines as Tropical Storm Jolina, was a strong tropical storm that impacted the Philippines and South China during late August 2017. The storm followed Typhoon Hato which affected the same areas just a few days prior.
