Tropical Storm Talim (2023)

Severe Tropical Storm Talim, known in the Philippines as Tropical Storm Dodong, was a compact tropical cyclone that affected the Philippines, China, and Vietnam in mid-July 2023. The fourth named storm of the 2023 Pacific typhoon season, Talim originated from a weak monsoon depression east of Manila while moving towards Luzon.
