Tropical Storm Toraji (2007)

Tropical Storm Toraji was a short-lived and minimal tropical cyclone that brought inundating rainfall to areas of Southeast Asia in early July 2007. The third named storm of the annual typhoon season, Toraji developed from an area of disturbed weather within the South China Sea on July 4.
