Tropical Storm Wutip (2025)

Severe Tropical Storm Wutip was a strong tropical cyclone that impacted South China, Vietnam and the Philippines in early June 2025. The first named storm of the 2025 Pacific typhoon season, Wutip's origins can be traced back to June 5, when the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) identified an area of atmospheric convection to the west of Yap in the Caroline Islands.
