Tulsi Gabbard (; born April 12, 1981) is an American politician and U.S. military officer who served as the eighth director of national intelligence (DNI) from 2025 to 2026. She previously served as U.S. representative for Hawaii's 2nd congressional district from 2013 to 2021 and in the Hawaii House of Representatives from 2002 to 2004.
