The Security Forces Command (Turkish: Güvenlik Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı, GKK) is the military and security force of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), a de facto state recognized only by Turkey. It is a 15,000 strong force primarily made up of conscripted Turkish Cypriot males between the ages of 18 and 40.
