Typhoon Flo (1993)

Typhoon Flo, known in the Philippines as Typhoon Kadiang, was an erratic, catastrophic and deadly minimal typhoon that hit the northern Philippines during October 1993. It also caused the largest 72-hour forecast error for the year due to its interaction with the nearby Super Typhoon Ed.
