Uovo sbattuto

Uovo sbattuto (lit. 'beaten egg'; Lombard: rossumada or ressumada, from rossumm 'yolk'), is a common Italian breakfast item. Similar to zabaione, uovo sbattuto consists of egg yolk and sugar, ingredients readily available in most villages and farms.
