Uunijuusto

Uunijuusto (Finnish pronunciation: [ˈuːniˌjuːsto]) is a Finnish dish made from cow's colostrum, the first milk of a calved cow, salted and baked. Sometimes uunijuusto is also made from ordinary milk and eggs.
