The Vietnam Reform Party (Vietnamese: Việt Nam Canh tân Cách mạng Đảng) or the Việt Tân (lit. 'the New Việt') is a political party that aims to establish liberal democracy and reform Vietnam through peaceful and political means. Việt Tân was founded by exiled members of the deposed Saigon government in the aftermath of the Vietnam War on September 10, 1982.
