Vietnamese iced coffee

Vietnamese iced coffee (Southern Vietnamese: cà phê sữa đá, lit. 'iced milk coffee'; Northern Vietnamese: cà phê nâu đá, lit. 'iced brown coffee') is a Vietnamese beverage made by pouring hot water through a traditional metal filter, called a phin, containing dark-roast robusta coffee grounds, into a small cup with sweetened condensed milk already in it. The contents of the cup are then stirred together and poured into a tall glass full of ice.
