Weißwurst
Weißwurst ([ˈvaɪsvʊɐ̯st] , literally 'white sausage'; Bavarian: Weißwuascht; plural Weißwürste) is a traditional Bavarian sausage made from minced veal and pork fatback. It is usually flavored with parsley, lemon, mace, onions, ginger and cardamom, although there are some variations.
