国際マラソン・ディスタンスレース協会（こくさいマラソンディスタンスレースきょうかい、Association of International Marathons and Distance Races、 略称AIMS）はワールドアスレティックスの協力組織の一つで、長距離走に特化した競技協会である。 1982年に国際マラソン協会（Association of International Marathons）として設立され、1987年に国際マラソン・ロードレース協会（Association of International Marathons and Road Races）に、2007年に国際マラソン・ディスタンスレース協会（Association of International Marathons and Distance Races）に改称された。
