対人地雷の使用、貯蔵、生産及び移譲の禁止並びに廃棄に関する条約（たいじんじらいのしようちょぞうせいさんおよびいじょうのきんしならびにはいきにかんするじょうやく、英語: Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on their Destruction）は、対人地雷を規制する国際条約のことである。対人地雷禁止条約（たいじんじらいきんしじょうやく、英語: Convention on the Prohibition of Anti-Personnel Mines）、オタワ条約（オタワじょうやく、英語: Ottawa Treaty）などとも呼ばれる。
