2024 North Indian Ocean cyclone season

The 2024 North Indian Ocean cyclone season marks the first consecutive season in which at least one very severe cyclonic storm has not formed, the first time since 2012. Despite this, it was an average season, with four cyclonic storms formed and only two severe cyclonic storms.
