Asahi Nordic and Asahi Health

Asahi is a Finnish health exercise based on the eastern traditions of tai chi, qigong, yiquan and yoga, with a western scientific viewpoint. In Finland, there are two Asahi organisations, Asahi Nordic and Asahi Health.
