Bagoóng (Tagalog pronunciation: [bɐɡuˈʔoŋ]; buh-goo-ONG) is a Philippine condiment partially or completely made of either fermented fish (bagoóng isdâ) or krill or shrimp paste (bagoóng alamáng) with salt. The fermentation process of bagoóng isdâ also produces fish sauce known as patís.
