Casualties of the Russo-Ukrainian war
The casualties in the Russo-Ukrainian war include six deaths during the 2014 annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation, 14,200–14,400 military and civilian deaths during the war in Donbas, and between 1,274,000 and 2 million estimated casualties (killed and wounded) during the Russian invasion of Ukraine from 24 February 2022 to June 2026. The War in Donbas's deadliest phase (pre-2022) occurred before the Minsk agreements, aimed at ceasefire and settlement.
