Dynamic toroidal dipole

In classical electrodynamics, the dynamic toroidal dipole arises from time-dependent currents flowing along the poloidal direction on the surface of a torus. In relativistic quantum mechanics, spin contributions to the toroidal dipole needs to be taken into account.
