Khuushuur
Khuushuur (; Mongolian: хуушуур [χʊ́ːʃʊˑr̥]) is a traditional Mongolian fried meat pastry. It consists of a circle of wheat flour dough folded in half around a filling of minced or ground mutton, sometimes beef, and pan- or deep-fried.
