LEK-8822

LEK-8822, also known as 9,10-dihydro-LEK-8842 or as 9,10-dihydro-N-methyl-N-(2-propynyl)lysergamide, is a monoamine receptor modulator of the lysergamide family related to 9,10-dihydro-LSD. It is the analogue of LEK-8842 in which the double bond between the 9 and 10 positions of the ergoline ring system has been dihydrogenated. The drug is a partial agonist of α-adrenergic receptors, with considerably reduced potency and efficacy compared to LEK-8842.
