Crème caramel
Crème caramel (French: [kʁɛm kaʁamɛl], lit. 'Caramel Cream'), crème renversée, caramel pudding, condensed milk pudding, or caramel custard is a custard dessert with a layer of clear caramel sauce. Some popular variants of this dish are called flan in the US and in Spanish-speaking countries.
