May 2010 Socialist Party of Albania hunger strike

The May 2010 Socialist Party of Albania hunger strike was a political hunger strike organised by the Socialist Party of Albania and allied opposition supporters in Tirana from 1 to 19 May 2010. It formed part of the wider political crisis that followed the 2009 Albanian parliamentary election, which the opposition alleged had been affected by irregularities.
