Pissaladière (UK: , US: , French: [pisaladjɛʁ]; Niçard: pissaladiera [pisalaˈdjeɾɔ] or pissaladina [pisalaˈdinɔ]; Ligurian: piscialandrea [piʃalaŋˈdɾeːa] or sardenaira) is a dish of flatbread with toppings from the region of Provence and the French city of Nice. It is often compared to pizza.
