Qingtuan

Qīngtuán (traditional Chinese: 青糰; simplified Chinese: 青团), also written as tsingtuan, is a green-colored dumpling originating from Jiangnan and common throughout China. It is made of glutinous rice mixed with Chinese mugwort or barley grass.
