Gundruk (Nepali: गुन्द्रुक pronounced [ɡund̪ruk] ) is a dish made of fermented leafy green vegetables (saag; Nepali: साग), originating in Nepal. It is also popular in Sikkim and other regions of India, as well as in Bhutan and Myanmar.
